During the loan period candidates are encouraged to save up for their own transport to maintain access to the workplace

- The applicant must be aged 16 +

- The applicant requires a form of transport to enable them to travel to

  employment, training or education

- The daily journey must be a practical distance for a moped

- There is no suitable alternative

   form of transport available
